Supporting Neurodivergent Young People to Thrive in the Workplace

Leaving school, college or university is a big step. For many neurodivergent young people, it can also feel uncertain and overwhelming.

Applying for jobs, attending interviews, understanding workplace expectations and navigating the "unwritten rules" of work aren't always taught—but they can make all the difference when starting a career.

I've created practical resources, coaching and training to help neurodivergent young people develop the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to move successfully from education into employment.

Whether you're a young person preparing for your first job, a parent supporting your child, or an education provider looking to strengthen employability support, I'm here to help.

My Approach

Every organisation is different.

My work combines lived experience of neurodivergence with professional expertise in coaching, learning and organisational development. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every session is designed around your people, your culture and the conversations your managers are actually having.

Coaching Support

Every young person is different.

Some need support choosing a career. Others want help preparing for interviews, building confidence or navigating the first few months in work.

My coaching provides personalised support to help young people:

  • Explore career options
  • Develop CVs and applications
  • Prepare for interviews
  • Build confidence
  • Understand their strengths
  • Navigate workplace challenges
  • Develop strategies that work for their individual way of thinking

Sessions are tailored to each person's goals and pace.

Workplace Readiness Course

My Workplace Readiness Course has been designed specifically for neurodivergent young people aged 16–24.

The course provides practical guidance on every stage of the employment journey, helping participants understand not only how to secure a job, but how to succeed once they're in the workplace.

The course can be purchased by individuals or adapted for schools, colleges, universities and other organisations.

Why This Matters

Starting work isn't simply about getting a job.

It's about understanding yourself, recognising your strengths and learning how to succeed in environments that haven't always been designed with neurodivergent people in mind.

When young people have the right support early in their careers, they're more likely to build confidence, find work that's a good fit and develop skills they'll use throughout their working lives.

My aim is to help young people begin their careers feeling prepared—not overwhelmed.

The transition from education to employment is about much more than securing a first job.

It's about helping young people understand themselves, build confidence and develop the skills they'll carry throughout their working lives.

Whether you're a young person, parent, school, college or employer, I'd love to discuss how I can help.
