Building Neuroinclusive Workplaces Where Everyone Can Thrive

Creating a neuroinclusive workplace isn't about getting everything right first time. It's about giving managers the confidence, employees the support and organisations the tools they need to help people thrive.

Whether you're supporting a single team or embedding neuroinclusion across your organisation, I provide practical training and consultancy that turns good intentions into meaningful action.

Based in Cambridge, UK and working with organisations across the UK, I deliver neurodiversity training and consultancy tailored to your people, culture and business goals.

My Approach

Every organisation is different.

My work combines lived experience of neurodivergence with professional expertise in coaching, learning and organisational development. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every session is designed around your people, your culture and the conversations your managers are actually having.

Neurodiversity Training

Build understanding across your organisation through engaging, practical training that helps employees and managers better understand neurodiversity and the role everyone plays in creating an inclusive workplace.

Training can include topics such as:

  • Introduction to Neurodiversity
  • ADHD and Autism in the Workplace
  • Neurodiversity and Mental Health
  • Workplace Adjustments
  • Inclusive Communication
  • Understanding and Avoiding Microaggressions

Line Manager Training

Managers often want to support neurodivergent employees but worry about saying the wrong thing or simply don't know where to start.

This practical training gives managers the confidence, knowledge and tools to:

  • Have supportive conversations
  • Understand reasonable adjustments
  • Manage performance fairly
  • Build trust within their teams
  • Reduce unnecessary workplace conflict

Confident managers create confident teams.

Manager and Employee Support

Sometimes workplace challenges aren't caused by capability—they're caused by different communication styles and different ways of processing information.

My Neuro-Inclusive Liaison Service brings together employees and line managers to improve understanding, rebuild working relationships and develop practical ways of working that benefit everyone.

Through individual and joint coaching sessions, I help both parties communicate more effectively and find solutions that work.

Workplace Consultancy

Sometimes organisations need more than training, particularly where there is real drive to change organisational culture. My consultancy support will provide subject matter expertise on topics such as recruitment, employee resource groups (ERGs) or staff networks, working environment and organisational policies and processes

Workplace Training Testimonial

As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, we partnered with Sarah Nolasco from Reframe and Rise to deliver Neuroinclusive line management training.

We wanted to equip our managers with the confidence, insight and practical tools to lead inclusively and to further cultivate a workplace where neurodivergent talent can truly thrive.

The training not only deepened our managers’ understanding of neurodiversity, but, crucially, brought this knowledge to life through real-world practical application. The workshop focused on the importance of psychological safety, supportive conversations, inclusive practices and reasonable adjustments in the workplace.

What set this training apart was Sarah’s use of her own lived experience. This brought an authenticity and depth that resonated strongly with our teams, creating a safe and engaging learning environment while offering invaluable perspective on the realities of neurodiversity in the workplace.

I would highly recommend this training to any organisation looking to strengthen its inclusive culture and empower managers to support their team members with confidence and fairness. Neurodivergent talent matters, and this training helps to ensure it is recognised, supported and championed.
