About Reframe and Rise

Founded in 2025, Reframe and Rise was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves to work in environments where they're accepted, supported, and empowered to grow.

Our values guide everything we do:

  • Acceptance – You belong exactly as you are
  • Collaboration – We succeed together
  • Kindness – Compassion drives real change
  • Resilience – Setbacks are part of growth
  • Determination – Your goals are worth fighting for

Our mission is to help professionals at every stage build genuine self-understanding, career confidence, and the clarity to move forward authentically.

 About Me

I'm Sarah Nolasco, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach based in Cambridge, UK, with over 5 years of coaching experience and a career that's taken me from NHS leadership to the private sector, through consultancy, and ultimately to founding my own business.

But my story isn't just about the roles I've held, it's about the journey to truly understand myself.

The Turning Point

For years, I questioned my abilities despite clear evidence of success. I felt like an outsider looking in, working twice as hard to keep up, wondering why things that seemed easy for others felt so complicated for me. I navigated leadership roles across healthcare operations and public sector work, volunteered on projects championing neuroinclusion, and kept pushing forward—even when it felt like I was doing it all wrong.

Then everything shifted when improved information about my neurodivergence became available. It didn't just explain the struggles but it also helped me recognise my strengths. I began to see how I work differently, what I genuinely need to thrive in my career, how I lead most effectively, and how I want to show up in the world.

Why I Do What I Do

I've taken some bold moves in my life: I left the security of the NHS, started being open about my dyslexia in professional spaces where it felt vulnerable to do so, and launched Reframe and Rise. Each step has taken me further outside my comfort zone, and taught me that growth doesn't happen when we play it safe but that having someone to listen helps!

Now, I combine my lived experience with professional coaching expertise to help others break through their own barriers. Whether you're neurodivergent or neurotypical, struggling to find your direction after university, ready to step into your first leadership role, considering a career pivot from education or the public sector, or simply wanting to understand yourself better—I've been there, and I've guided dozens of professionals to find roles and paths where they genuinely flourish.

How I Work

My coaching style is flexible, creative, and deeply inclusive. I'm not interested in a one-size-fits-all approach because I know firsthand that doesn't work for everyone. I'm not afraid to do things differently if that's what you need—whether that's visual tools instead of written plans, voice notes between sessions when you're stuck, or coaching walks instead of sitting across from each other.

I bring calm to the chaos, wisdom from real-world experience across sectors, and genuine care for your success. I'm open about my own experiences when it's helpful, and I'm there between sessions—not just during our scheduled hour—because real breakthroughs don't always happen on a timetable.

What I Believe

I believe that understanding how your brain works isn't just helpful—it's transformational. I believe that your neurodivergence (if you have it) is an advantage waiting to be unlocked, not a barrier to overcome. And I believe that you don't need to change who you are to be successful—you need the right environment, the right support, and the confidence to step beyond what feels comfortable.

You deserve to rise as your true self. Let me help you get there.
