Neurodiversity Awareness Training for Organisations

I deliver tailored awareness sessions that help your team truly understand and work effectively with neurodivergent colleagues, customers, and clients.

Sessions are flexible—from focused one-hour virtual workshops to comprehensive half or full-day programs.

They are designed around your organisation's specific context, challenges, and goals.

Neuroinclusive Line Manager Training

Great management shouldn't require a separate "neurodiversity module"—it should be neuroinclusive from the ground up.

My training equips new line managers with the skills to lead effectively across all neurotypes. Whether they're managing someone with ADHD, autism, or someone who doesn't identify as neurodivergent at all, they'll learn tools and techniques to bring out the best in every team member.
