Why Work With Me

Ā

I know what it feels like to question whether you’re getting it wrong, to doubt yourself, and to wonder if you quite fit. I’ve experienced those moments myself. The stress, the self-doubt, the nagging feeling that you’ve got it wrong or people don’t like or understand you.

I’ve navigated these feelings when shifting from education to work, from public to private sector, learnt to be open about my dyslexia even when it felt uncomfortable to do so and left the security of the 9 to 5 to build my own business. Each time I stepped beyond what felt safe, I discovered something powerful: growth lives just outside your comfort zone, and you don’t have to go there alone.

I bring real-world experience of making bold career moves, combined with the calm, grounded support that comes from truly understanding how neurodivergent brains work. I’m not afraid to share my own story when it helps, and I genuinely care about your success, which is why I’m there between sessions when you need support, not just during our scheduled time together. I help you untangle things so you can see your own answers.

What Clients Say

Sarah has been an incredible coach. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease, allowing me to share my thoughts and struggles without any fear of judgement. I always felt understood and supported.

She has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of both autism and myself. The tools and strategies she’s given me have been genuinely valuable, helping me navigate everyday life and manage situations I previously found challenging.

I’m really grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance and understanding.

Sally, Ops Manager

Coaching with Sarah was an absolute pleasure! Sarah is inclusive by nature, understanding, patient and kind, and I deeply appreciated the safe, judgement-free environment she created.

As a neurodiverse person, Sarah was able to receive my challenges and communication style in a way that made me feel validated and understood. She has an incredible ability to digest a lot of information and thoughts, then distil and reframe them into something clear, manageable and achievable.

Her coaching style is wonderfully adaptive, approaching every session and challenge with different creative techniques that encouraged new ways of thinking and problem-solving.

Sarah’s passion and dedication to helping people are evident in every interaction. I deeply valued her time, wisdom and guidance, and would highly recommend her as a coach.

Emma, Marketing Manager

Sarah was brilliant. She has a natural knack for coaching, she helped me to reframe, challenge myself, and make real improvements in my work.

Within a couple of sessions I could see myself thinking about my work differently and seeing the impact it had. This was further evidenced by the feedback I was given by our directors.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience, maturity and understanding which she uses to relate to people. I couldn’t recommend Sarah enough.
